I was part of the Growth team for Facebook Business Suite—a platform that helps over 250M small and medium-sized businesses manage their Facebook and Instagram accounts. Our team focused on user acquisition, retention, and resurrection, using data as the driving force behind all our KPIs.

Building a better onboarding experience for Facebook Business Suite

Overview and process

Who I worked with: Product Design, PM, UXR, PMM, Data Science, Engineering, EM, Product Growth Analyst

Challenge: Revamp our onboarding experience for new users using qualitative and quantitative research to address product shortcomings and remove hurdles to user adoption

1. Design sprint

Conducted a 4 day design sprint with XFN partners to address user pain points identified through research and data

3. User research
